By Italian Law 675/96 (law regarding privacy) the data you have provided will not be given to any organization or association unless authorized. Romebylimo.com will not be held liable for missed flights due to airline decisions to cancel flights or for damaged luggage due to clients choice of vehicle size. Romebylimo.com and their chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to passengers that have excess luggage which could result in the vehicle being unsafe. Please be sure to book the appropriate vehicle if you have extra luggage. Waiting time 1) Our rates for "Meet & greet service" includes 60 minutes waiting time and parking fees after the flight has officially landed. An extra cost of 30.00 euro p/hour will be charged for waiting time over 60 minutes for sedans and 35.00 Euro p/hour for minivans. 2) If we have arranged for a ride to the airport (or any other destination) and you keep our chauffeur waiting more than 15 minutes a charge for waiting time can incur. Our fare will change if you request the chauffeur to wait or to make extra stops or pick-ups. Please ask our office or our chauffeur for the extra charge you may have to pay. Cancellations: There will be a full charge for bookings cancelled with less than 48 hour notice for any confirmed service.. If you miss your flight or if your airline decides to cancel your flight due to bad weather conditions, please advise us on time (as soon as you know ) or a full charge will be made. Please allow us enough time to accept other reservations and allocate them to our chauffeurs. When on cruises, if the ship does not make it to the pier due to bad weather conditions you will not be considered responsible so NO CHARGE will be made to your credit card although FULL CHARGE will apply for "NO SHOWS". I acknowledge and agree to charge my credit card in case of a "no show" on my part, for not cancelling any services I have requested with Romebylimo.com in due time (48 hrs. prior to the service), for leaving with a wrong or different driver or for leaving any pick up location (airport, hotel, port or private accommodation without calling our Customer Service to help locate our driver.
